Transform Your Life with The Jung Shim Warrior Path

Step into a journey of self-discovery and empowerment, where health, harmony, and success align through the wisdom of Tai Chi and Qigong.

The Jung Shim Way is different from other mindfulness and movement practices.

We focus on optimizing performance through every part of you. This means changing the physical, mental, and emotional.

Once you begin practicing with us, you’ll experience the world entirely differently.

Change and improvement take time, but we’ve created a quick-start method so you can experience results within a few sessions. All you need is an open mind, willingness to learn, and dedication to improvement.

What does the best version of yourself look like?

Are you…Sitting back after the work day, binging a show on Netflix until it’s time for bed, dreading your next work day? Trying to balance life between your career, family, and yourself? Wanting to compete at the highest level of your sport, be it basketball, football, martial arts, or any other activity? Replaying events from your past, or constantly worrying about the future? If you are in any of those situations, what is the best way to create a better self? Using Eastern philosophies that incorporate mediation, mindfulness, and fluid movement can ground you in the present. By focusing on the mental, physical, and spiritual aspects of life and living in the present…

You can become the best version of yourself.

All goals are achievable with the practice of Jung Shim.

Elite Toma Martial Arts

Although many people think the martial arts are just about fighting, the truth is that the physical “kicking and punching” are really just the tools that I use to teach the more important, and MUCH more valuable lessons about yourself.
